Faith in Action is an Organization that promotes a ministry of faith and caring through an action-based approach to those in need both locally and abroad. Members not only help communities and neighbors in need with monetary donations, but also by coming together to assist with any volunteer opportunities. Joining our church choir offers community, spiritual connection, personal growth, service, and fun. All are welcome, regardless of musical background. Come share your voice and enrich our worship experience!

Food Pantry

Food Pantry
The Northern Turner County Food Pantry is located at the Courthouse in Parker, SD. Scheduled hours are Wednesday and Friday from 10 am-12 pm. No income guidelines or paperwork is necessary to receive services. The food pantry is a volunteer ministry that serves an average of 45 families per month living in the Northern part of the County.
On the third Tuesday of every month at 4:30 pm, the pantry partners with Feeding South Dakota and Panera Bread to host a Bread giveaway. Food options vary from month-to-month based on availability of donations, but patrons can expect meat items, fresh produce, bread, pastries, and a number of other selections to choose from. Anyone is welcome.
